A Tale of two Companies
Two semi-big companies that we have already most likely heard of, of which I will not name, have two different approaches to trying to get more business for their company. Company A is smaller than Company B, for at least now, but in my opinion Company A will be bigger in five to ten years. Here's the reason why: Company A gives free or discounted gloves to top prospects, or at least prospects that are at the top of the list on Perfect Game's website. Company B gives free or discounted gloves to a guy that has ten-thousand followers on instagram. Which plan will net more sales in a few years? Company A, who will have millions of people seeing their gloves on national TV being used by MLB players? Or Company B, who will have ten-thousand people seeing their gloves from a guy on instagram? This is all my opinion, but I believe this will happen exactly how I said.
